The Dual-Track Digital Skills Training for Employment Grant (RFA 2+) supports high-impact training programs that upskill and reskill Jordanian youth in digital skills aligned with labor market needs. Designed with flexibility and inclusivity in mind, the program offers funding of up to USD 500,000 per track to eligible training providers, digital firms, academic institutions, or consortia.

Funded by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship under the Youth, Technology, and Jobs Project, this grant supports training programs that target:
• ICT graduates seeking advanced digital skills to enter or grow in the ICT sector (Track 1)
• Non-ICT youth, underemployed individuals, and women aiming to shift into digital careers across sectors (Track 2)

The grant covers end-to-end training activities, including program design, delivery, career mentorship, job placement, transportation, stipends, internet, and childcare.
