Digital Skills Association Celebrates the Graduation of 100 Students in Partnership with Miami Academy

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the digital capabilities of Jordanian youth and empower them to enter the labor market, the Digital Skills Association celebrated the graduation of 100 students from its training program with Miami Academy. Miami Academy is one of the association’s key partners under the Training and Employment Grant (RFA 2), funded by the Youth, Technology, and Jobs Project at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.

This milestone marks one of several achievements by the association in the implementation of its nationwide programs in collaboration with 14 carefully selected training service providers across the Kingdom. These partners were chosen based on their proven expertise in digital sector training and employment.

Specialized Training in Four Digital Disciplines:
Spanning six consecutive months, the program offered intensive training across three market-driven tracks tailored to meet both local and international demands:
1. Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality (AR/VR/MR)
2. Cloud Computing – Cloud Application Development
3. Mobile Application Development

The curriculum combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on, practical training, including final projects, career guidance sessions, and ongoing evaluations to boost graduates’ employability.
The program achieved notable success, with participant attendance reaching 80%. Many students delivered exceptional final projects in virtual reality and cloud computing. Notably, the program also saw strong female participation in the field training component, reinforcing the association’s commitment to gender equality and empowering women in the digital sector.
Discussions are currently underway with several companies in the cloud computing field to provide employment opportunities for graduates. In parallel, the Digital Skills Association and its partners will continue to offer professional support and connect graduates with freelancing platforms and startups to help them launch their careers in the digital economy.
