In today’s fast-paced digital transformation, the On-the-Job Training Program equips Jordanian youth with practical, in-demand skills through employer-led training.
The program targets both job seekers and employees looking to upgrade their skills. It is implemented in partnership with the private sector to ensure training is aligned with actual market needs.

The program is offered through three main tracks:

• Digital Skills Empowerment (grant value up to USD 300,000)
• Career Advancement (grant value up to USD 150,000)
• Job Retention (grant value up to USD 150,000)

Funded by the Youth, Technology, and Jobs Project – Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, the program provides up to USD 3,000 per trainee to cover training costs, transportation, stipends, childcare, and more.
