Nidal Bitar Chief Executive Officer of the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j) since January 2016, with over 25 years of experience in the ICT sector and entrepreneurship across Jordan and the MENA region. He previously served as CEO of Optimize Academy and CEO of the Strategic Center for Organizational Performance Improvement (SCOPI). He serves on multiple boards and committees, including Board of Trustees at Tafila Technical University, Vice Chairman of the Jordan Ireland Business Association (JIBA), board member of Jordan Young Scientists (JOYS), and chairs the Business Development Committee at the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA). He is also a member of the advisory council of the Arab ICT Union and King Abdullah II School of Information Technology at the University of Jordan. He holds international certifications including "Leadership for the Future" from Harvard Kennedy School (2014), Certified Institutional Excellence Assessor from EFQM (2013), and "Entrepreneurship Promotion and Open Markets" from the International Academy of Leadership (2017). He is also a certified entrepreneurship mentor from the UK-based Mowgli Foundation.
