Hiba Dabbas is a Customer Success Leader at Microsoft with more than 20 years of experience across enterprise technology, digital transformation, and strategic growth. She leads cross‑regional teams supporting customers across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, helping organizations unlock value from cloud and AI while building secure, scalable operating models.
Beyond enterprise leadership, Hiba is deeply engaged in public–private collaboration to advance national digital capability. She works closely with government entities, universities, and ecosystem partners across Jordan and the broader region to accelerate workforce upskilling, AI literacy, and curriculum modernization.
Through partnerships with ministries, public institutions, and workforce initiatives, she supports programs that equip students and professionals with in‑demand cloud and AI skills; helping position Jordan as a strategic regional talent and delivery hub in the era of AI.
Her engagement also extends to the startup and innovation ecosystem. Hiba supports founders and emerging ventures by connecting them to enterprise‑grade technology platforms, global best practices, and AI enablement frameworks. She is passionate about building ecosystems where governments, academia, startups, and multinational organizations co‑create sustainable growth and future‑ready capability.
Prior to Microsoft, Hiba held a leadership role at Autodesk, where she led the establishment of Autodesk’s regional hub in Jordan, which grew to include sales, customer success, and license compliance organizations serving the Middle East and Africa. She played a key role in scaling regional capability, strengthening enterprise relationships, and enabling sustainable growth across the MEA market.
Hiba is known for her ability to blend global strategic vision with local talent development, positioning technology as the engine of innovation, national competitiveness, and inclusion, and empowering organizations, individuals, and startups to shape a resilient and AI‑driven digital future in the region.
