Dana Telegraph is a senior development and public sector leader currently serving as Project Management Unit Director at the Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship in Amman, Jordan. She provides strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale national program focused on digital economy development, skills, and employment.

In this role, she oversees multidisciplinary teams across procurement, financial management, M&E, grants, communications, and digital transformation, ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance, and institutional performance.

With more than 15 years of experience across government and regional institutions, Dana has a strong track record in portfolio leadership, institutional strengthening, and multi-country coordination.

She has successfully scaled program reach to thousands of beneficiaries, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened internal systems to enhance sustainability and impact. Her leadership style emphasizes performance management, stakeholder engagement, and building resilient, high-performing teams in complex environments.

Previously, she served as Regional Manager at Education Development Trust, overseeing multi-country government contracts across MENA.

She held senior roles at Queen Rania Teacher Academy, leading large-scale education and professional development initiatives.
